Summer League - Mondays, July 12th to September 6th, 2004

Congratulations to Magiic for finishing 1st. in the WAPT International Summer League play.  Magiic not only won the Grand Finale but also won the regular league play for the second time.  As well, thanks to everyone who played in the weekly table, your participation made for more intense competition and fun for everyone.  Special thanks to www.play4funpoker.com and Ultimatebet.com for hosting the league and providing excellent support and DisplayPort and Ultimatebet.com for sponsoring the prizes.  The results are posted below.

Format

Play for fun and prizes (we are still recruiting sponsors) against opponents from all over the world.  League play commences Monday, July 12th., 7PM EST, and continues each Monday thereafter for 8 weeks.  Players accumulate points based on their finishing position for their best 6 of the 8 weeks of play.  Scoring is according to your finish e.g. 1 for first, 2 for second etc., lowest score is best.  Players that finished in the top 6 positions in the Summer League play will get a by into the September 20th., WAPT Summer League "Grand Finale" table.

WAPT Summer League "Grand Finale" - September 13th. and September 20th.

Grand Finale Qualifier - September 13th., 7PM EST.  
Summer league players that finished greater than 6th. in the Summer League play, and competed in at least 5 of the 8 Summer League games, can compete for the last 3 seats at the final table of the Grand Finale.

Grande Finale - September 20th., 7PM EST.  
The  final table will will include the 6 top players from regular Summer League play and the 3 top players from the Grand Finale Qualifier.
